Pastor

Linda and Dennis Moffitt have been the active leaders of this congregation since the Founding Pastor Walter Roy Ogden passed away in 1976. Pastor Ogden was Linda's earthly father.

Linda Moffitt was voted in as permanent full time pastor in 1995. Which ended what seemed like an eternal search for a Pastor. We felt God had not led us to a stranger because his choice was already among us. This was a natural progression from lay leader to full time Pastor after Linda's many years of devoted service. Pastor Linda is a gifted teacher and compassionate shepherd for the congregation. Her vision for a fully functional team ministry is an inspiration and moving along nicely.

Pastor Linda has other visions, one of which is for our property to be used of God to make a greater more lasting difference in the community. A door has opened to begin that leg of our journey. We will be opening the doors of the Dewitt Child Development Center in 2002, providing the community's children with quality Christian training as well as professional daycare. We hope it is just the first step in a process that will bring a Christian School to our location.
